Commission Tiers

Level 1: Initiator

- Requirement: 1 to 5 referred sales.
- Commission per Referred Sale: $1,500 MXN (Upfront Payment) or 5% of the Success Fee.

Level 2: Promoter

- Requirement: 6 to 15 referred sales.
- Commission per Referred Sale: $3,000 MXN (Upfront Payment) plus 10% of the Success Fee.

Level 3: Expert

- Requirement: 16 to 45 referred sales.
- Commission per Referred Sale: $3,750 MXN (Upfront Payment) plus 15% of the Success Fee.

Level 4: Master

- Requirement: 46 or more referred sales.
- Commission per Referred Sale: $4,500 MXN (Upfront Payment) plus 20% of the Success Fee.

For example*

If you achieve 5 Sales...

You earn either $7,500 MXN or $15,000 MXN.

The exact amount depends on whether the clients opted for the Upfront Payment method or only paid the Success Fee.

If you achieve 8 Sales...

You earn a total of $72,000 MXN.

This amount is the sum of $24,000 MXN from the Upfront Payment Commissions and $48,000 MXN from the Success Fee Percentage*.

If you achieve 16 Sales...

You earn a total of $204,000 MXN.

This total comes from $60,000 MXN in Upfront Payment Commissions combined with $144,000 MXN from the Success Fee Percentage*.

If you achieve 46 Sales...

You earn a total of $759,000 MXN.

Calculated by adding $207,000 MXN from the Upfront Payment Commissions and $552,000 MXN from the Success Fee Percentage*.

Eligibility:
- Any individual, whether a current customer or not, may participate in the referral commission program at no additional cost. They simply need to sign up or send an email to info@expatlaws.com.
- A contract will be signed with each participant to guarantee their payments.
Definition of Sale:
- A referred sale ("Sale") is defined as a new customer who signs up for the AFORE fund withdrawal service using a referral code or by specifically mentioning the name and details of the referring participant. We reserve the right to verify the source of the Sale.
- Each Sale entitles the participant to receive the applicable Commission per Sale according to the achieved Sales and the participant's current level.
- At Level 1, the participant is only entitled to receive the Upfront Payment Commission when the customer opts for this payment method. Otherwise, they will only receive the percentage commission on the Success Fee.
- If the customer opts to pay only the Success Fee without an Upfront Payment, then the participant will only receive the Commission based on the percentage of the Success Fee.
- Success Fee Commissions will be calculated by applying the percentage corresponding to the level to the amount of profit actually collected by the Firm upon winning and collecting the case successfully. *Any other amount mentioned for this purpose is for illustrative purposes only.
Payment Process:
- Commissions per Sale will be paid within 30 days after the collection of each referred sale.
- Payments will be made via bank transfer or cash payment.
Level Advancement:
- Levels will automatically update once the required number of Sales is achieved. The new level will be applicable from the next referred sale onward.
Exclusions:
- Refunds or service cancellations do not count as referred sales. If, for any reason, the customer does not pay the Upfront Payment or Success Fee, there will be no right to receive the Commission per Sale.
Program Duration:
- The referral commission program will remain active on an ongoing basis unless prior notice of its termination or modification is given by the company, with at least 30 days' notice.
- If the program ends, participants will retain the right to receive Commissions for Sales achieved before the program's termination.
Disqualification:
- Any attempt at fraud, system abuse, or improper conduct will result in the immediate disqualification of the participant and the forfeiture of accumulated Commissions.
Program Modifications:
- We reserve the right to modify the program's terms and conditions, including commission percentages, with a 30-day notice. Any changes will apply to future sales.
